By registering on the POEM platform, you are now part of the UNESCO UniTwin CS-DC educational eco-system (http://cs-dc.org), of which the teachers of the courses you are registering for are also part, via their institution. You have the right to access, oppose and rectify the processing of personal data, in accordance with articles 38 to 40 of the amended law of 6 January 1978. You can exercise this right either by post, by sending a letter to CS-DC équipe CSTB, 4 rue Kirschleger, 67000 Strasbourg [PP1], or electronically to the platform manager cnsc@unistra.fr. In accordance with article 32 of the modified law of 6 January 1978, the legal guardians of minors, adults and students, as well as all other users, are informed of the collection and destination of personal data concerning them. Access to online courses can be made up to 3 years after the last connection. The pedagogical data allowing the issuing of a certificate of attendance and success of a module are kept for a maximum of 10 years: name, first name, date of birth, module attended, grade.
